The radical, unpretentious preaching and teaching style of Pastor Vernon has transformed the lives of thousands of men, women, boys and girls. Born on April 23, 1971 and raised in the projects of Cleveland, Ohio, Pastor Vernon was on a fast track to destruction. R. A. Vernon Ministries (RAV) was later started. With his involvement in street gangs and petty theft. As God would have it, he accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior at the young age of 15 and has not looked back.
